Wind-do-go Foxtrotters is located in south central Colorado and lies between the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and the Wet Mountains. We strive to produce the naturally gaited horse, with an excellent disposition and conformation -- Color is a bonus.

All of our babies are imprinted at birth and handled regularly. They are all current on their vaccinations and worming and visit the farrier every 4-8 weeks as needed. We usually start our own horses and their early experiences are mountain trail riding, both with other horses and alone. .

We welcome visitors and there is always a ride leaving for the mountains.

Horses For Sale

	"Gus" 8 yr. old champagne gelding. He stands 15.3. Full brother to JD also on this website. Gus has done it all. He can be ridden in a halter by a novice and he brings you home safe and sound. He packs elk, ponies behind the 4-wheeler, loads, clips, has been ridden as a saftey horse for NATRAC, ridden extensively in the mountains. All round solid horse. $6000.

	"JD" 5 yr old Champagne gelding. He is 16H. Very personable, comes when you call him and loves attention. He has been ridden in the mountains. He can lead, be in the middle or the end he doesn't care. He has nice gaits and is consistent. If you are a big guy and need a big gentle horse JD is for you. $5000.

	"Charley's Wing Commander" Pedigree 2 yr old solid black gelding. This guy is Mr. Personality. He should finish around 15 H with a stocky build. He foxtrots naturally in the pasture. He is ready to start under saddle. $3200.

	"Charley's Imperial Lad" 2 year old bay gelding. He going to be big 15.2-15.3 He is bay with 2 white hind socks. He has a beautiful head. He gaits naturally. $2500.

	"Mr. Maverick WDG" Pedigree Maverick is a two yr. old gelding. He leads, ponies off the 4-wheeler, loads, clips and will be started under saddle this fall. He stands 15.1 H and gaits naturally in the pasture. Lots of rhythm and shake. $3,500.

	"Cristo's Codiak" Pedigree Cody is a gorgeous smokey black gelding. He leads, ties, clips and ponies behind the 4-wheeler. He will probably finish around 15H. Will be started under saddle this fall. $3200.

	"Charley's Classy Lassy WDG" Pedigree Classy is a 3 yr. old black filly. She stands 14.3 and will probably finish around 15H. She has a people loving disposition. Comes when you call. She clips, ties, ponies behind the 4-wheeler and has been started under saddle. She is going well. Her preferred gait is a foxtrot. $4000.

	"My Gal Sal" Pedigree 14.3 palomino mare. Should finish out to 15 H. Excellent trail horse. Likes to move out. Excellent gaits and set in everyone. $5500.

	"Wind-Do-Go's Charley Horse" Charley is a dark chestnut 15 1/2 hands. He is very naturally gaited and has an excellent disposition. He wins hearts where ever he goes and has proven himself to be an excellent ambassador of the breed. Pedigree Breeding Fee: Private Treaty Clean Culture and coggins required.

	"Sangre do Cristo Prince" Sage is a 15 hand stallion with excellent conformation and a beautiful head. He has lots of shake and stride and and is passing it on to his foals. Along with lots of color. Pedigree Breeding Fee: $500 Clean Culture and coggins required.
